1. Services & Scope
RNM Global Solutions LLC (“RNM”, “we”, “us”) provides automation services, AI systems, voice agents, integrations, and related digital solutions (the “Services”). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are defined per order, proposal, statement of work, or onboarding agreement (“Order”).
Any work outside the agreed scope requires written approval and may result in additional fees or timeline changes.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access (accounts, integrations, DNS, content, brand assets), and reasonably prompt feedback required to deliver the Services. Delays in access, approvals, or required materials may impact timelines and outcomes.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize recurring charges according to the plan selected at checkout.
You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Fees, Setups & Refund Policy
Because services involve onboarding, configuration, and time-based work, setup fees and completed service work are generally non-refundable once work begins. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support promptly so we can review the issue.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use our Services for unlawful activities, spam, fraud, harassment, deceptive practices, or to violate third-party rights or platform policies (including Meta, Twilio, email providers, and AI platforms). We may suspend Services if we reasonably believe your use violates this section.
6. Service Communications
If you provide a phone number in connection with a request, appointment, onboarding process, or support inquiry, you agree that RNM may send transactional SMS messages related to that interaction. These messages may include confirmations, reminders, service updates, and support responses.

7. Third-Party Platforms
The Services may rely on third-party tools and platforms such as CRMs, messaging systems, payment providers, hosting services, and AI providers. These services are governed by their own terms and availability. RNM is not responsible for outages, policy changes, API changes, account restrictions, or performance issues caused by third parties.
8. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain contexts. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, or compliance-related decisions. RNM does not guarantee specific business results, lead volume, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RNM retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, frameworks, templates, code, and automation methods. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered solution for your internal business purposes.
10. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or platform changes may impact performance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RNM Global Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
12. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a billing concern, you agree to contact us first to attempt resolution. Filing a chargeback without prior notice may result in suspension of Services and recovery of associated fees where permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
